Delete your RING data
RING has no accounts. It only holds data about you if you joined a crew — the optional shared scoreboard. If you have never joined one, we hold nothing and there is nothing to delete.
HOW TO DELETE IT, IN THE GAME
- Open RING.
- On the title screen, tap CREW · <your code> at the top.
- Tap LEAVE.
That deletes your record from that crew immediately and permanently. Repeat it for each crew you have joined. There is no confirmation email and no waiting period.
OR ASK US
If you have uninstalled the game, changed phones, or cannot reach the crew screen for any reason, email us using the contact address shown on the RING page on Google Play. Include the crew code and the nickname you used. We will delete the record and reply once it is done, normally within a few days.
WHAT IS DELETED
Everything we hold for you in that crew, with no copy kept:
- the nickname you chose
- every score you submitted, and how long each run lasted
- the random identifier that linked those scores to your device
WHAT IS KEPT, AND FOR HOW LONG
Nothing about you is kept. We hold no backups of crew records, so there is no retention period after deletion and nothing to expire.
The crew itself — its six-character code and name — continues to exist for the other members. It holds no information about you once your record is gone.
Your best score, sound and vibration settings, and tutorial progress are stored only on your own device and are never sent to us. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes those; we cannot delete them for you because we never had them.
